Performance Sessions
Program Overview
Help your athlete improve speed, quickness, coordination, body control, and movement confidence with structured sports performance training designed to complement basketball practices— not compete with them.
Designed around three very important athletic movement skills, running, jumping and landing, Junior Performance athletes ages 8–12 (grades 3–7) don’t just get a workout. They develop real athletic tools that show up directly in games.
What Athletes Build
• First step speed and acceleration
• Agility and change of direction ability
• Footwork and body control
On Offense: Explode past defenders and create separation.
On Defense: Cut off angles, recover quickly, and apply pressure without fouling.
Built with NBBA families in mind:
• Athletes who practice Monday/Wednesday can train Tuesday/Thursday
• Athletes who practice Tuesday/Thursday can train Monday/Wednesday

Days and Times
Junior Performance Athlete Training (Grades 3–7)
Monday – Thursday 5:00 – 6:00 PM
This 3-week jump-start training block is designed to help athletes quickly build speed, agility, coordination, body control, and movement confidence heading into the spring season.
It’s a great option for athletes who want to start improving immediately before the full spring sessions begin.
Bonus Access
Athletes enrolled in the Mini Jump Start session receive bonus access to Spring Break training.
Spring Break Training: April 6 – April 9
This provides additional opportunities for athletes to continue improving their speed,coordination, and movement confidence during the break
Scheduling
After registration, families will be contacted to confirm their athlete’s preferred training days.
Athletes may choose:
2 training days per week (recommended)
Preferred training days are assigned in order of registration. If a session must be missed, rescheduling can be coordinated directly with Coach Rob.

6 coached sessions over 3 weeks
